LU Qian, male, Han nationality, born in November, 1967, doctor of management, grade III professor of Northwest A&F University, doctoral tutor, expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, was selected as a national famous teacher of Ideological and political education, a national ideological and Political Teaching team of microeconomics, and the head of the discipline point of rural and regional development. Currently, he is the director of the professor committee of the school of economics and management of Northwest A&F University, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Northwest A&F University and technology Member of the MBA Management Committee. Long term commitment to "green sustainable development of agriculture and ecological environment governance" and other aspects of research. From April 2009 to April 2010, he went to the school of agriculture of the University of Arkansas in the United States for further study and cooperative research. He has successively visited scientific research institutions in the United Kingdom, the United States, France and other countries and regions for academic exchanges and investigations. He has presided over four national natural science funds, more than 20 provincial and ministerial level projects, including 5 provincial and ministerial awards, published 6 monographs, edited 2 textbooks, and published more than 200 academic papers in Chinese Rural Economy , China Soft Science and other publications. Among them, 32 papers were published in international academic journals such as Ecological Economics and China Agricultural Economic Review , which were retrieved by economics SSCI.
