NIU Rong, female, born in October 1978 in Wugong , Shaanxi Province, is a member of Communist Party, professor and doctoral supervisor. She is also the director of Chinese Society of Foreign Agricultural Economy, the member of the Expert Committee of Shaanxi Agricultural Collaborative Innovation and Extension Alliance, and the special commissioner of Shaanxi science and technology.
