为进一步强化我院本科生创业能力，提升人才培养质量。根据学院2016年本科生创业培训项目的安排，特邀英国皇家农业大学（Royal Agricultural University）专业教师Dr Carol Yongmei Zhang，于3月21日-4月1日为我院本科生进行第一阶段国际理念PPDP(Professional & Personal Development Program)培训，总学时20小时。
上课时间：
第四周—第五周(周一—周五)时间：晚上19:30-21:30
上课地点：南校区 S1210 教室

Dr Carol Yongmei Zhang
MA, MBA, TESOL, PGCert, PhD, FHEA, ACIPD, MCMI
Having completed her MA study in English Linguistics and Literature in Henan University, in Sep 2003, she went to pursue her dream at Liverpool, UK where she completed her MBA and PhD studies. Her PhD research project, fully funded by Liverpool Business School, was focused on International Human Resource Management. Dr Zhang joined in RAU in Oct 2010. Currently, she is a lecturer as well as modules leaders of Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Personal & Professional Development Planning at the School of Business & Entrepreneurship. So far she has been teaching for 12 years at leading UK academic institutions, Thailand and China, plus nearly 4 years of working experience in the UK banking industry. As a passionate university lecturer as well as an active researcher, with her experience working in varied environments, she is committed to developing effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment.
